The Cottage Annex is a self contained small cottage separate from the main house.
It comprises of a Double bed with king size duvet, sofa that also becomes a double sofa bed which makes the room ideal as a family room, or suitable for a few people wishing to share a room. A table with chairs. New en suite facility with a new shower and bathroom suite.
The cottage annex has its own small kitchen with a cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and cooking equipment and crockery.

£85 per night based on 2 people sharing.
Rooms as family rooms are £110 per night
The Goodwood festivals etc from £120-£140 per night based on 2-3 people sharing a room
